Meeting was called to order at 6:55 PM by Fred Dahl.

  • 2 new members as of last board meeting
  • 4 new applications to be approved at board meeting
PLP Report
  • announcement of $500 donation to the PLP to purchase 600 raffle tickets
    • raffle to be held in middle of July
    • if WEPC wins anything, prize with be internally raffled off to WEPC members and proceeds will be donated back to PLP
Claims Report
  • need to form group to fill holes on our claim, reference to last outing where members filled holes on Buckshot on the last day of outing
New Business
  • introduction of Fred Dahl as new president
  • introduction of John Estrada as new vice president
    • fresh new ideas for the club coming up
    • trying to get a contact number for the Boy Scouts so we can help them with their panning badge
    • WEPC to join up with other clubs
  • reminder of leash rule for dogs on claims
  • announce new board members Bill Brady and Kevin Regli
  • announce General Meeting minutes are now on the website
  • coin shoot happened at 10am
    • someone found 1st place token
