Member Appreciation Outing - Big Bear, Buckshot Claim
September 1, 2, & 3, 2018 (Labor Day is Monday, 9-2-18)
Bring your favorite casserole for the Saturday night potluck
at 5:00 PM. WEPC is supplying the meat for the potluck dinner.
There will be porta-potties on the claim for the outing.
Bring your metal detector for the Coin Shoot on Sunday.
The General Meeting and Raffle will be held on the claim
after potluck dinner on Saturday, September 1, 2018.

Since the 4th of July holiday lands in the middle of the week, the outing will be for 10 days. Porta potties will be on hand for the full duration. There will not be a general meeting.

General meeting will be held on Buckshot claim after the potluck on Saturday
